Regina Chains are the exclusive choice of extreme off-road rider Malcolm Smith because of their superior performance and incredible wear resistance
MSR Regina chains are also the personal choice of several Team MSR support riders
PROFESSIONAL OFF-ROAD, ENDURO Z-RING CHAINS
The “Z-Ring” Chain uses an exclusive, patented Z-shape ring that seals in the factory injected lubrication at four points to reduce rolling resistance. Gold outer plates with high carbon alloy pins, solid bushings, shot-peened solid rollers and plates for an unbelievable tensile strength, lower friction and higher wear resistance.
520 ZRH -- Average tensile strength of 7,650 lbs. make this chain a world-class Enduro necessity. Suitable for up to 500cc MX use, 650cc Enduro use.
PROFESSIONAL MX, CROSS COUNTRY CHAINS
The lightest weight with maximum performance. The all new gold standard chain with shot-peened alloy steel plates and special “chromized” pins for long life and the highest MX and Cross-Country performance.
415 RS -- Suitable for up to 80cc with a tensile strength of 4300 lbs. 1.9 lbs. for a 120 link chain and narrower than the 420 RX3 to fit the thinner sprockets. Gold outer plates.
420 RX3 -- Thicker and wider outer plates for improved life span at an average tensile strength of 4,700 lbs. 2.1 lbs. for a 120 link chain. O.E.M. on KTM motocross models.
428 RX3 -- Less than 3lbs. for a 120 link chain, beveled inner plates. O.E.M. on KTM SX85
520 RX3 -- Suitable for up to 500cc use. Tensile strength is 7,650 lbs. Beveled inner plates reduce chance of chain derailment. O.E.M. on KTM motocross models.
O-RING CHAINS
Top quality long life chain series featuring outstanding wear resistance. Solid extended bushings and tough elastomer “O” rings seal a special vacuum injected grease into the critical pin/bushing areas. Gold outer plates with copper rollers.
520 ORN6 -- Suitable for up to 600cc use. Average tensile strength of 7,644 lbs.
520 ORS6 -- Suitable for up to 750cc use. Average tensile strength of 8,093 lbs.
ORO AND RH SERIES REINFORCED CHAIN
The 420-ORO and 428-RH series are designed to endure the demands of off-road use. Featuring high-carbon, heat-treated pins for greater wear resistance.
420 ORO -- Suitable for up to 80cc use. O.E.M. on KTM 60. Average tensile strength of 3,530 lbs.
428 RH -- Suitable for up to 125 cc use. Average tensile strength of 5,060 lbs.
NOTE: All MSR / Regina chains are PRELOADED to increase fatigue strength and wear resistance, or PRESTRESSED to provide quick break in for minimal adjustments.
